She has always shown patience ( I am 71), explained details in coverage until I understand, does not let the day go by when I call without calling me back, and she is so courteous!

Mary was very helpful with getting my insurance policy QUICK! I had some questions about the policy and she was out of the office. Mady called me right back and helped me when I ran into some urgent time sensitive problems. She found the solution and fixed everything for me. Very impressed with their customer service levels. I called multiple offices in the High Desert looking for a quote and this is the ONLY office that called me back. Nobody else even bothered returning my call. I highly recommend them. I've been working with Cameron Myers, he is so easy to work with. He handles it all and stress free. Auto insurance, home insurance, business insurance, and he can even insure a mobile home! No need to go out looking for an insurance agent because Cameron is your one stop shop. Recently I was canceled by my auto insurance because they were no longer going to insure California policies. I called Cameron right away and he hooked it up for less and with better coverage. I'm glad he's taking care of all of my policies now! Thanks Cameron!

My husband brought me over to Burke Meyers and Ms. Mary. The service is top notch, and get reminders when I forget to renew or pay. . If I need to I can always e-mail or call and get instant reply or Mary will let me know that she needs to work on it! This office makes you a priority not a number.
