I've paid on time for decades. The other day I get a $2,000+ bill because they decided to start annual billing. I called and the lady she said there was no other option but to pay the 2,000. I informed her to cancel & it has taken 6 days & 11 emails to get canceled (which means I am now liable for an additiona $100). I made her mad & now she's playing childish games with my policy. Not someone I would work with again.

I originally met with Brad because my agent had retired. I am not sure how it works when someone retires and has clients but I think Brad was assigned to me. I couldn't have asked for better service. The first time I met with Brad I felt like he really cared. He and his staff continue to prove that they do. I now meet with Kelly, she is amazing! I have gone through some rough patches in life and she has always been patient, kind, compassionate, always looking out for my family's best interest. I recently had a bad experience with part of the process, NOTHING to do with Brad or his staff, after i was rear ended. I shared with Kelly and she got everything straightened out before the end of the next day. I received a very heartfelt thank you card in the mail with something special in it from Kelly. It is really hard to find good honest people you can trust with such important aspect of your life. I trust Brad, Kelly and the rest of the staff 100%. Wonderful people to work with! Thank you very much for all you do for me and my family. I highly recommend this amazing team!
