I'm not one to usual write reviews but the service rendered under Faith Management was too exemplary not to give praise.
In my years living in the Greater Hartford area I've had to deal with many management firms and I have to say that Faith Asset Management has been a delight to work with. They were fair and extremely understanding with me and any situation. They communicated well in addressing any concerns I had unlike other places I've had encounters with.

A company that has come onto our property by an inexperienced Board of
Directors and are totally out of their league! How does a Management Company "Manage" an non-rental property with no experience?
Attitudes are out of order. Speaks condescending to Members who are paying their salaries! Rarely open. Tends to lay blame on unsuspecting staff member who was attempting to handle the disgruntled community all alone, now since her departure? We have to have an appointment to handle our issues! Terrible. Feel as though we are being held hostage to people who don't care! Avoid questions like the plaque!

Do yourself a favor, do not trust this management company! Terrible service and bad attitude. When will Faith Asset Management make the financial records available to members per the bylaws? When will members be issues true receipts for their payments? When will Faith Asset disclose what happen to 300k check issued for the burn units? The 100k issued by share credit? 40k issued by insurance company? If anyone can assist with answering the above questions that would be GREAT!
