I live here and I don't feel safe at all.
The rent rate for the persons who are here because of mental health services is cheap, but I hear the rent rate is very high for the persons who don't go through any type of a social service.
The management and staff can just come in whenever they please because they have a key, I made sure to install a chain on my door.
Not to mention that woman who had been murdered in one of the third floor apartments.
Man . . I definitely don't feel that safe at all.
But I can't afford anywhere else, it's like Im trapped here, they give me a one bedroom one bath apartment with a full kitchen and utilities paid for only $66.40 a month.
I used to live on the street before this with my cats, I don't want to go back,
Like I said I feel trapped between two unsafe situations.

I love this place it's clean beautiful building that's helping lots of families in need.
We had have some family events at the courtyard to bring happiness to families with children.

THE ABSOLUTE WORST EXPERIENCE BEING ABUSED BY STAFF AND NO HELP FROM ANYONE. JANICE HAHN AND HER FIELD DEPUTY DID NOTHING TO STOP THE ABUSE. I AM FILLING A LAWSUIT AND IT LOOKS LIKE IT MAY BE A CLASS ACTION SUIT BECAUSE I AM ONE OF MANY WHO HAVE BEEN ABUSED. DRUGS ARE FREELY SOLD IN THE BUILDING AND MANAGEMENT LOOKS THE OTHER WAY. LINC IS A COMPLETE 💯 DISGRACE.

SANDRA WHITE is very rude and unprofessional.
30 seconds into the conversation she was yelling and overtalking me. Once I asked to speak with her Supervisor she then disconnected. She tried to make me feel like I was not worthy and I'm not sure how she knew if I qualified to live here just by yelling over the phone.
