When I first called I thought they signed me up for The general insurance. I was signed up with some other insurance. The agent was great, I don't recall her name. What bothers me is their unprofessional when answering the phones. They are very short with people. Be professional from beginning to end not just when signing people on. You need to know how to code switch otherwise find another job. I'll keep them as long as I don't have to deal with office. I hope agent was just having a bad day and this is not how she regularly answers.

Great experience, agents explain everything well, they can get you started with the first month payment . Very helpful and understanding, not like other that are asking for 700 down payment. Recomend them, they can do everything over the phone and have proof of insurance right away. Helpful when I was at the dealer getting my new car and needed insurance to drive it off the lot.

Very unprofessional car insurance stole money from my card and still don't want to refund it I spoke to supervisor and said she couldn't do anything and ask to speak to someone higher than her and denied me the help I totally wouldn't recommend you to get this insurance

I went in as a walk in...the new girl with blonde hair help me. I didnt see yhe old workers but she was very helpful in terms of all the questions i had ask her regarding policy. This place gave me really great low rates. The middle eastern guy was also very helpful with everything. Im a young driver with a driving record and i would definitely recommend this place to everyone.
