Is what I stated when I first acquired this auto insurance.
The customer service in the office is great, when signing up but when you need them for a claim, their service is complete trash. They take their time, they don’t get back to you quickly. Every note or message and update felt like it was being delivered through carrier pigeon. I started emailing to leave a ‘paper trail,’ and that seemed to help a little. They point fingers at each department. My claim adjuster introduced himself and was then apparently fired, leaving my claim in limbo and on the back burner.
You get what you pay for. You need the bare minimum? You’ll get the bare minimum.

My sister recommended me to Giezi Insurance. I had a pleasant experience and the atmosphere was great. Service was quick and to the point. Edgar was very welcoming and helped me with the services I needed. I appreciate the incentives they also give you. I honestly and strongly recommend this place!

I highly recommend Geizi Insurance. They give great customer service, and they always call you back. I have been going through them since I bought my car last year in February. Really great team! Edgar is super helpful, and very knowledgeable! And they have really good prices!

I love this insurance company. I have been coming to them for over 2 years now, I'm always late on my payments and have to restart a new policy (lol) and Edgar has always been so helpful with doing so. I won't go anywhere else. Great prices and awesome customer service, I highly recommend them.

The service here is just awesome. Staff is welcoming and very helpful. Ms. Olga is so amiable as is Ms.Margarita. The manager, Edgar, is not only friendly but resourceful. I have used the services multiple times in the last few months and it has never disappointed me.

Wow by far the best insurance place I have found !!! Searched a few places and no one was as friendly and as caring as the staff in giezi insurance !!! They took there time to find me the best price on all my cars I'm so excited I found them I will keep my 5 cars here insured with them thanks again hope ur guys day is as good as u made mine !!!
