My family has been members of Exchange Bank for a total of over 90 years, dating back to my great-grandparents. I had to have my mother's trust and accounts set up with them. The accounts were done according to how the manager said to do it to simplify things, rather than how I wanted to do it. Now I find out that while it was simpler for them, it has become more difficult for me since my mother passed away. They had also made mistakes on the accounts, and I had to come back in and sign papers because of it. Now I am getting the runaround and being denied the district manager's contact information. I am finished with Exchange Bank and am currently waiting on my new bank's card. Unfortunately, I am not the first person this has happened to at this location.

Horrible place told me my id was fake because my weight and height where different from what they are now...my pic is from when I was 16 in high school and I'm 30 now and I didn't get to take a new picture for my driver's license renewal because that's when covid had everything shut down. And the check said it could be cashed to me or she and all she needed to say was I need to habe my mom with me to cash it cuz she's a member. But no she said I'm lying and said its not me because there's no way Im190 pounds and 6 foot 1 so pretty much saying I'm fat and refuse to do anything witch was extremely offensive to say. would Recommend not even using this bank location

Been going there since I moved to town in 69, and had to get away from Wells Fargo. Love the people, ( many of which have been there for years) and the location is great.
