A senior living complex. Each have their own apartment. Great on site management that has a passion for her job and the well being of her tenants. Grounds are kept very clean with a peaceful relaxing sitting area. On site laundry room and recreation room.

Fantastic place to live. Senior community with accommodations for younger people with disabilities. The manager is always helpful and knowledgeable. Safe little community. Escalon is also a safe community. Conveniently located close to multiple grocery stores and pharmacies. The outside is beautiful with an outdoor patio area and recreation room.

It is for seniors and disabled. No assigned parking. They admitted having roach and rodent problems. Only one washer and one dryer in the whole complex
