I’ve had one of the worst experiences with Erie and specifically Aaron the adjuster from this office. We’re now hitting 3 months for a roof claim that still hasn’t been completed, with them constantly pushing back inspections and changing the reason why. Don’t expect any responses in a timely manner either — it takes 2 weeks for him to send a one or two sentence response via email that’s easily done in a minute. I had to constantly contact the supervisor to even get those responses as well, after 3-4 calls and emails during those 2 weeks. Now Sheri, the supervisor is ghosting us as well and I wouldn’t wish this on anyone. If you want to be treated like a pile of dirt, then feel free to use them.
