The worst branch of ENT. Last year we opened an account at this branch - today we went there to get a debit card replaced. The teller,Athena, said that our information is entered incorrectly and doesn't match their system by one digit. I A respondent well you have the driver's license can you match it to the driver's license coz we opened the account in this same branch.
She said no, unless you give me the name of the person opened the account for you?

She was asking of the name of the person that open the account in that branch about a year and a 1/2 ago!!
We walked out - will call the customer service line.

I have had nothing but trouble with this bank. I just called to see if they offer notary services, was told they do and free for members. I went down and they wanted to change a court document that was a very important change, when I refused to allow it because it would void the document I was turned away. When I called a different location they told me they wanted to make the same change, wanted to see the document as well and ultimately turned me away. Their notaries need better training. After telling a branch manager the conversation was getting asinine, I was told "stop cussing at her" my money is not safe with these people. Is yours?

Had a problem with my account, online support didn’t show much worry nor rushed to even give me a call back(I didn’t get one) however I went into the Cottonwood Dr location in Parker,Co, and an associate named Daniel went far above and beyond to help me get the mistake on my part refunded. He could have easily said no we can’t do anything as I was in the wrong but instead he brought it up to the higher management.

I’ve been an ENT member for 6 years and wouldn’t dream of switching financial institutions despite my move from Colorado Springs to Denver 2 years ago. I am so glad to have locations in the greater Denver area now!

The fraud detection at ENT is above reproach. Frustratingly, I’ve had my debit card compromised twice now and both times there’s been communication from the fraud department within minutes of the attempt to fraudulently access my account! They even sent me a replacement card via overnight mail at no charge to me due to a hectic work schedule that prevented me from getting to a branch during business hours.

The people at THIS branch are friendly, knowledgeable, and always happy to answer questions or help in any way that they can.

One unique feature of note at this branch is a change counting machine (think coinstar). No need to waste time counting/rolling your “Vacation-Get-Away-Piggy-Bank” jar of coins. Just dump them in and take the little ticket to a teller for your hard earned, well deserved vacation money!
