I know that this is an asset management company but they also happen to be probably the sketchiest rental company in the entire city and an obvious front for fraud , DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THESE PEOPLE. They rent out an illegally built units with poor electricity and plumbing, that are not cleaned after the previous tenant. It took us 3 months before we were able to get a handyman out to restore power to half our unit, in the interim the company was trying to charge us for a service that was never provided. The staff is rude, unresponsive, and downright sketchy. I know they are currently under investigation, praying that you guys get shut down
