April is friendly and attentive however the property management (Fresno Management Company) is super unprofessional and are unfamiliar with California rental laws.

I spent every night for a week cleaning my apartment so it would be cleaner than when I moved in so I could get my deposit back. I took about 30 pics so I have proof of how clean I left it. It has now been 40 days since moving out (I gave notice a little over 30 days before that) and I have not received any of my $550 deposit back.

I will go to the housing authority.

The person on the phone call was nice, and courteous. The apartments are super clean with an upscale atmosphere with the lowest rates in town. The best of both worlds. and they allow pets.

The most clean apartments I have seen in this area. And the furnishings are brand new. I doubt the price can be beat either, just ask for the move in special.
