We've been clients with American Family Insurance for over 30 years and they have always been reasonable, fair and helpful with every aspect of our business relationship. We've used them for residential, auto, and Umbrella coverage. Specifically, I want to thank Ella Washington and staff for advocating with the process of a roof replacement for our home in Arizona. We intentionally chose to keep our policies with Ella Washington's Colorado office, even though we moved from Colorado to Arizona several years ago. They are a dedicated insurance agency team, and associated with a very reliable insurance company. Sherry was absolutely fantastic in helping me tweak my homeowner's and auto policies to better suit my current situation. Ella Washington Agency has been simply great to work with! They take their time to make sure I have the best and most appropriate coverage for my property! They also helped me with Long Term Disability coverage. I had spoken to two other agents for that coverage and was just getting the run around.
