After my teen son had passed the road test, we went straight from DMV.

First, Julianne was very cheerful and upbeat. Her voice sure erased DMV grumpiness!

Terri, the agent has a full of insurance knowledge. I had so many agents in the past but by far she is the best! She also took a lot of time to explain, and was talking to my son. I felt like Terri was his friend's mom!!

Now, real test is "when we get in accident." Yet, I have a great faith and trust from meeting her in person. She would guide me step by step calmly and efficiently. My family is now in good hands!!

the representative I spoke with was not friendly or helpful at all. I tried to get auto insurance and she straight up told me it would be a problem and I would not have instant insurance, without me even giving her information. a waste of time.
