This company is completely useless. I called in April 2024 to claim a toilet leak, that ruined my floor. When I called I was told the only thing covered was mechanical stuff. Today, Sept, 2024 I called to set up a claim on my washer. A washer is mechanical, right? I was told they don't cover stuff with normal wear and tear? Nothing less than a lightning bolt hit, would qualify for a claim. I can't believe I spent all the money for NOTHING!
Do not waste you time and money.

Jimmy did a great job finding us a better rate and then worked with our old insurance company to cancel the policy. This was by far the easiest process I have had switching insurance . I would recommend jimmy if you are looking to save some money on insurance. Also we were glad to find a Dave Ramsey elp that believes in the same financial principals we do.

I found Jimmy Kelley through the Dave Ramsey website as an Endorsed Local Provider. Mr. Kelley started a new policy for us and cancelled the old one so we really didn't have to do anything. I was really impressed with how he was able to get us more coverage at about the same cost as our old policy. Mr. Kelley always immediately answered all of our questions and provides us with excellent customer service. We would definitely recommend!

Found Jimmy through Dave Ramsey's authorized ELP providers. Bummed initially he is out of town (we are in Maricopa) but he works so well through email/phone, it didn't matter. He got us a quote within 1-2 days and found us a great deal with not only auto but renters insurance as well. We didn't have renters before, and will still save $60 a month to what we used to pay just for auto coverage. Thanks Jimmy for running an efficient company!

I found Elite after seeing he's endorsed by Dave Ramsey. I wanted someone I could trust and so far my experience has been awesome! Jimmy was quick to provide quotes and change things as needed. I don't have the best credit, but I still think I got a great deal! Using Elite for my auto and rental insurance. I hope to be a long-time customer. 🙂
