Will not work with James again. I've lost money with countless investments and plans we discussed. He continued to advise each plan was long term and that it was normal to lose a certain percentage before turning around.Also made his own decisions on a "non-discretion" account advising he knew what was best for the investment. He is the complete opposite of a fiduciary. Someone told me that many of his comments here have come from friends and family but I chose not to believe it.
