Dave Armstrong and his team gave us a loan to purchase our first house. Compared to other lenders I shopped, Dave was incredibly helpful, professional, and responsive. He even locked a rate for us over the weekend and helped us while he was traveling out-of-state. I felt like we were in very good hands the whole time, and am happy they do not sell their loans, so we will get to stay connected and refinance with them. I'm very thankful for Elevations.

I don't know what it is about this branch, but the people here are always really positive when I enter. The guy that's there most times I've visited (not sure his name, short hair darker skin) he's always on top of his game, helping other clerks with their UI, keeping convo with his customers, always up-beat. 3/3 times I've come in recently, he's found a way to do do one small extra service that I didn't ask for or even expect from a teller/manager. He's an absolute chad I hope he gets a raise.
