As a neighbor, I've had the pleasure of knowing Eldon for more than a couple of years, and their commitment to providing exceptional customer service is truly admirable. They took the time to understand my specific needs and found me a policy that not only fit my budget but also offered the coverage I needed. I highly recommend for their personalized approach and dedication to their clients. Eldon spent his personal time and explained every line item in the coverage for both Auto & Home insurances in the most simplest way possible.
Not only did Eldon and his team provide me with a great home and auto insurance policy, but they also went above and beyond when I had a tire blowout on a freeway. Their roadside assistance was quick to respond, and the technician was professional and efficient. I'm incredibly impressed with the level of care and attention I've received from him and his team. The actual best insurance agent I’ve ever come across. Eldon first reached out to me on Facebook offering me a lower insurance rate (which always seems like a scam). After a few conversations with him, I wanted to check with my mom first to see if it was a good deal. Eldon offered to speak with her to explain what he has to offer with his company and it seemed like an amazing fit for both of us. I’ve been insured with Eldon’s company for about a year now and will remain a customer of his for life. They did an amazing job filing 2 claims for me, one being an unfortunate car theft. Eldon and his team worked perfectly in a timed manner to deliver me the best possible solution. 10/10 recommend being covered with the best!

If I could give a 0 I would. I had been searching for new insurance. I had specially stated that I already had home insurance. I was quoted an amount and a few months after it increased almost 100 more. I was lied to. Why would u wany to pay for home insurance if I already have it through my bank and a cheaper price. I am currently shopping around. This was unethical, I went with all state because it was within my needs. I declined others that could have been more economical but went with allstate based in the initial quote given. Allstate will soon be loosing my business.

Unfortunately, I didn't have the stellar experience with Eldon as the others that have reviewed him. It has been quite a rollercoaster ride of frustration, disappointment and unprofessionalism.

I won't write a long essay and cut straight to the point. I had a policy and was offered by Eldon a lower deductible with better coverage for $2 more than I was paying with Geico. Of course I signed up.

Days into the policy I was getting emails about setting up Drivewise to keep my discounts. I referred back to Eldon who told me not to worry about it. Shortly thereafter, my windshield was busted on the highway by flying objects off of a work truck.

I logged in to review my policy to find everything Eldon sent to me in writing was not honored. I paid for damages out of pockets. When calling Allstate the best they could offer was changing agents and filing a grievance.

Fast forward a month later and my policy increased by $100. I called the customer service center to find out there was never a grievance filed on my behalf and that Eldon manipulated the system to give me multi policy discounts. The rep I spoke to said she was at a loss for words in what he had done.

Today I get a call from a gentlemen from corporate who stated that Eldon was noble for being honest and admitting his mistakes because sometimes agents brush them off. He said Eldon was sorry and hates this happened. He also told me he wasn't licensed and couldn't adjust premiums.

This was the biggest mistake ever. I will take full responsibility for not reviewing the policy the minute it was put in place. Moral of the story, review every single thing you sign no matter how much you trust someone.

I would recommend a no name insurance company before Allstate. I have never been able to reach the new agent they transferred me to. I've staffed this case with a separate licensed agent who suggested getting a lawyer involved. I do have 100% of the conversation in writing with screenshots of the coverages I was supposed to get.
