After I got turned down by half a dozen companies (including one I'd been with for 40 years), Summer worked her magic and got a homeowners policy with a well-known carrier--and all within a couple of hours. It's tricky to get a policy in California these days, and especially hard in so-called high-fire-risk zones like the one where I'm buying a house. The combination of Summer's knowledge and responsiveness did the trick. Thanks, Summer and Einhorn. I've already recommended her and the agency to others.

In the years I've attempted to contact agent Einhorn she has never replied or been as efficient as the downtown office. I've always had to call in to farmers and always have reactive responses afterwards. Please don't bother responding to my review, Farmers, please figure out what this office is really up to.

Two years ago, Dori Einhorn found a good home policy for me after I couldn't find one on my own (fire-prone area). Early this month, that carrier decided not to renew.

But Dori did not abandon me! She found me a new traditional policy with an A-rated carrier and at a good price. What astonished me was that this policy was with a company she doesn't have access to, so she directed me to an agent with that company! I'd say that's above and beyond. Within a week, I was insured again.

I feel very lucky to have found Einhorn Insurance, and I am very sorry to lose Dori as my agent. Her attention to detail, her quick response time, and her knowledge, efficiency and willingness to answer my questions made it a pleasure to work with her. I highly recommend her.

I reached out to Eric at Einhorn Insurance Agency after finding out my Home Owner Insurance premium just skyrocketed for the renewal. Eric mentioned that the home insurance market is very challenging now but he was happy to shop the market for you. Eric found a more competitively priced home insurance policy option (with an A rated, “admitted” company) for me. It’s actually through another agency...as Eric received declines from all of the companies he approached.
I was able to switch all my policies to the company Eric found with huge savings.
I couldn’t express enough gratitude toward Eric and his agency. Highly recommend anyone seeking for Insurance needs.

I was in a jam for homeowners insurance due to another carrier that ensured me I was going to be covered in a high brush area and at the last minute was told I was unensurable due to brush.
I found Einhorn Insurance online after researching high brush and they were able to assist me the same day with a full home owners policy. I cant say enough about the customer service and the knowledge they have regarding high fire risk.
I would recommend them to anyone looking for a new home owners policy in or out of a high fire location.

Dori with Einhorn Insurance was amazing to work with!! They do provide services outside of Southern California, so don't hesitate to contact them if you are not near San Diego. We are purchasing a home in rural far Northern California, and when it looked like no other insurance company would insure us because of our location, Dori came through with the promise that she could get it insured to meet the bank's requirements for a loan (such a relief!). I received a response within 1-2 hours of submitting an online inquiry, and Dori has never failed to promptly respond to any inquiries. She worked hard to get us all the discounts available. A local office offered us the same exact plan for $700 more per year than what Dori got us. On top of all that, she referred us to a different company that could offer a better price on flood insurance than they could. Her honesty and legitimate compassion for our situation was amazing! Dori was constantly checking in with us on the progress of our loan and for updates. No other entity that we have worked with during the home purchase process has been so great. With everyone else we have had to call and call to get any response and remind them we are waiting.

I live in an extremely high fire risk area and reached out to Einhorn Insurance after being dropped by my insurance company and being unable to find any other. Let me say that more accurately: after being unable to find any local agents who could find any other. Einhorn Insurance came through rapidly and, equally importantly, was able to clearly and compellingly discuss all of the relevant issues with me (this was quite counter to my experience with other agents). Their professionalism and expertise is truly appreciated by this customer; enough so that I have recommended them highly to each of my neighbors as the dreaded cancel letters have inevitably arrived.
