As I walked in, was told an employee will get to me soon. The teller who helped me was very patient, helpful and understanding. I got everything done without an appointment. I couldn't thank them enough.

The bank is unprofessional person.
be careful when you guys want to apply for lone.
Because before check your income, check the credit score and after that they say oh you are not approved for the loan.
The system for all bank first check the customer all information and If the customer are qualified for the loan in the last step, check the credit score but this bank because is unprofessional person work there
First check the credit score and after attacked your credit score and than check the customer income to know if qualify for loan or not.
It’s bad experience for me

Im a new member and i have to say, blown away by there service. I was helped over the phone. I couldn't make it in do to medical reasons. Leslie made it easy. Took care of me. Quickly. We had a deadline to meet before we lost a promo rate. And she made it all happen. Sympathy for another human being unfortunately we can not get from automated systems. Im so happy i had a real person who really cared and made it all come to fruition for me. Thank you so much, Leslie I look forward to many years with your credit Union.

I had the unfortunate experience of speaking with one of the assistant managers Diane. She was incredibly rude, condescending, and provided no help. I’m not sure how someone like her was placed into a management role. Hopefully they hire some better managers

The manager of this bank is very rude i was approved online for motorcycle loan and then i went to this location to finalize paperwork. Other staff at the bank were nice, they opened my account then suddenly manager comes in cabin and rudely told me we can’t do everything today because you have to came back with purchase letter, even though I already had everything including the letter in my phone she said said she needs to see a physical paper. Wasted half of my day today due to their bad communication.

Great experience!!
My husband and I are UC Merced students and we wanted to apply for an auto loan. Although there was a mistake at first and they said that they can not open any account for us nor giving any kind of loan, the next business day I received a call from the assistant branch manager (Jayme), she apologized and wanted to make it up to us. She was very helpful and explained all the options and she was willing to call the dealership herself and make everything right. Things are not finalized yet and we are waiting for the dealership to send some documents but I hope everything goes well and we can get the loan with a low rate from EECU.
By the way, the girl helping us the first day (Michell) was nice and helpful.
