We’ve been taking all of our vehicles to Edmonds Import Auto Repair for well over a decade, maybe a couple decades by now. We have ALWAYS had the best of service, from the front desk, to the professionals that work on our vehicles, to the friendliest person who provides you a ride home and back, if needed. We’ve never had one problem or complaint. The work they do is simply the best. We never have to worry about cost being more than quoted, things being done we didn’t approve or if everything was done right. We have complete and total confidence in the work they do. Honestly, you cannot go wrong taking any of your vehicles to Edmonds.

Edmonds came through with flying colors. Unfortunately, thecoil burned up on my Volvo a second time. They stood by their warranty and fixed my vehicle promptly. Adam and Sadie are great to work with.

Edmonds’s has been my ‘car doctors’ for more than 16 years. It’s always been a great relationship between us beginning with the first time when Russ Edmonds was at the front desk.
Adam, my cars’ personal mechanic knows my vehicles better than my personal physician does me.
I find the entire team awesome to deal with.

They misdiagnosed the issue with my CL550, didn't fix the issue, then tried to return it back to me three separate times with the same problem after spending a large sum of money. Three separate times over the course of a few weeks, I picked up the car and had the same problem on the 5 minute drive home. Infuriating. Then was told by their front desk person that "they couldn't internalize the issue". Baloney. They changed their tune after I confronted the manager in person in the early AM and threatened legal action. They told me at the beginning of this ordeal that they work on this vehicle all the time. I don't believe them. They are incompetent. They spent about three more weeks driving my car around trying to find the actual problem after spending 7k on new fuel injectors that were probably not actually necessary. It ended up being an oxygen sensor. I've owned old Mercedes most of my adult life and wanted to give this shop a chance since they are close to my house. It's not worth it. Stay away and find a better shop. There are professionals elsewhere. This place is a joke. Avoid at all costs.

I had a great experience and would recommend Edmonds.

Something I really appreciated is they broke down all of the issues they saw, even beyond my initial complaint. They diagnosed the primary issue quickly and provided a quote on all of the work they recommended, and upon request, separated all of the work into options I could select or wait on for later.

My only gripe is that the pricing was steep, but it's specialized labor and unique parts so it was expected.

Overall, I had a great experience. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable and there was excellent communication about pricing, expectations, and updates.
