We rented a home managed by Edge, and couldn't be happier with the experience. They were very responsive to any issues that arose, and being an older home there were a few. However, Oriah and his team did a fantastic job for both me and my family and the owners. Very professional and always courteous. I would recommend them to family and friends without hesitation.

I would give Oriah 6 stars if I could as my property manager. In the past year and a half I have had 3 other PM's. What makes Oriah the best is that he is 10/10 responsive, efficient, and effective. He is in tune with what's ongoing now, and also aware of my future goals. I found a long term business partner in Oriah.

Horrible experience. Working with Oriah Ben-gal was mentally draining. He's a typical "yes man" or Sales person. He tells you what you want to hear, but I personally feel you get very little from him. After almost two weeks of asking him via email, texts, calls, voice messages to take down my listing from the MLS (with NO response) he finally responded to me when I tried calling him from a random number, talk about getting "ghosted". Also, had him Manage my property and he never returned to me or charged the Tenet who left for my Garage Clicker, or entry Fob to building, so I had to pay out of my own pocket to replace my own Keys. Who manages a property this way?
