I got to met Dawn at a REI meet up this past December! It was a pleasure to speak with her and learn more about her business and what she does for the East Coast Real Estate Group! She got me in touch with the right people so that Touch Of Color Flooring could come out and quote them for new flooring in the common areas at an apartment building. I’m not sure if someone watches this page on a regular but I desperately need someone to contact me. I am scheduled a move in today 11/30/2024 all the required information has been emailed. However I have not signed a lease and I have not had any recent communication from my leasing agent. I do not want to create anytype of hard feelings at the start of the process but I really need to know what’s happening. I have called, texted and emailed with no response.

UPDATE: Marsha quickly handled the issue within the hour of her being contacted. She was very empathetic and professional handling the situation promptly. I am very impressed with everyone that helped get this resolved same day. This is the type of service to strive for with any reality group. Well done team

Communication could be a lot better. And our window was never fixed ( broken upon move in. ) the company never did a initial walkthrough. from what i understand that’s on the actual home owner (investor) to fix the window, so they aren’t very good and don’t care to get there property’s getting fixed. They canceled the work request to fix it and dealing with that whole order was quite fun and got nowhere.

Would highly recommend avoiding rental properties from this place. Would say most 5 star reviews on here are influenced from agents badgering tenants for a 5 star review. Anytime I would call with a question or deal with anyone at east coast real estate, I would get multiple texts, calls, and emails that I should write them a 5 star review. Usually they weren’t even helpful to warrant a good review. Over half of my security deposit was deducted for nonsense (even non existing) allegations on the move out inspection despite the property looking the same as the day I moved in. The security deposit refund check was cut in only my exs name (who moved out 3 months into the lease, which they were aware of) despite my name also being on the lease. When I contacted them to recut the check, they refused to add my name, but instead resent the check to my ex (who then cashed it all for herself). Generally, these people are unhelpful and harass tenants for good reviews that they don’t deserve. I also wouldn’t expect a call back when you leave them a message, because I would have to call 3-4 times before getting connected to the person I needed to speak to.
