For any one going here due to Jerry Larson retiring, save your time and money! They are rude, and unhelpful. Jerry was an honest man that did all he could to get his clients the most he could in their refund. The new people don’t even know how to properly communicate let alone assist when asked questions. The man I saw didn’t even know what FASFA is, which is a financial aid program for students. I over heard an ELDERLY man with his tax person say, I don’t know why your asking for that, Jerry never did. To which the woman replied, “Good for you. I’m not Jerry!”, with a very snarky and rude tone. Additionally, I had no income this year for personal reasons, and was living off savings. I have never been in this position before and asked if I still needed to file any thing for record purposes, and I was advised to put a dollar income so I could file something to keep a record and was charged $70 for this service! Absolutely highway robbery! I won’t be taking my business here again and wonder if Mr. Larson, my former tax preparer knows how awful his replacements are. You’re better off finding a new location and going somewhere else!!
