Contacted Chris DuVilla for tax planning around realizing sizable capital gains on an investment.

I had an appointment with Chris in the beginning of June. We had a good correspondence and he assured me he would send me a link. I did not receive the link. I called his office again to see what happened, we spoke and he assured me he would send it. After not receiving correspondence again I left a negative review. Chris responded assuring me that he sent the link, upon further review he had the incorrect email. Initially I could not understand how a guy that was so well-informed and nice would not follow up. I was very disappointed (until now). It turns out we’re all human. Thanks Chris for your follow up.
