I drove from Palmer to meet Stacy Durych only to have her not show up. The receptionist did not or could not make copies of my things for some reason so I had to leave them. After send numerous emails to her, I finally got Ms. Durych to let me know how long it would be to get my taxes reviewed. Because I found out I had a problems with my kidneys my medical bills were high and I told her not to do anything else I would pick up my taxes because we wouldn't be able to afford her (her prices are crazy high). She turned on me and charged me $100 for doing literally nothing. I showed up to pick up my files, including my personal things and she wouldn't give them to me until I paid her the $100 EXTORTION! By a fiduciary accountant no less. I had to have the police show up and finally she release my belongings and I was FORCED to give her $100 I didn't have, which hurt our family financially. I asked her to please send me an email for the $100 cash I gave her and she has not even done that. However, the police offer that stayed with me can verify that I was there today at 10:30 and gave her the randsom she demanded for my belongings!!! OMG don't use her or her business if you want someone who is hard working and fair, go somewhere else.

THIS IS THE WORST BUSINESS!! DO NOT COME HERE!!
They are extremely neglectful, they have no communication. It has been a month, she refuses to call back or email. WE HAVE A DEADLINE TO MEET, she is so unhelpful. I cant express how hard they have dropped the ball. She does not care about anything, and seems to forget that you pay her to work for you, not the other way around. As a client you are nothing but a nuisance to this business, is exactly how they make you feel. I wish you could leave a review with NEGATIVE stars. Her assistant has an awful attitude, when you call you are doing nothing but interrupting her.
