Excellent service for a decade! Doug, Robin, Cindy and team have helped me greatly with platinum protection and homeowners insurance. Claims have always been handled swiftly and with compassion and I wouldn't recommend any other Allstate or insurance agency in Ohio! This is the agent you want! Doug Conn up and left without any notice to his customers. He wrote our policy and left an insurance gap that we now owe money for. Steer clear of this agency!!!!!

Every time I've needed them they have been there. Their response is quick and I love that you can contact them through email. If you call they get back to you right away. What I am not happy with is the fact if you make a claim on your house they don't come out to inspect the damage they go by what the satellite shows from million miles away.

Overpriced. I had to leave..I found cheaper insurance.. same exact coverages, and rental insurance with State Farm for $120 less on a 6 month policy. Also, there aren't any installment fees when you pay monthly. The amount of your policy is the same whether you pay off the policy in full, or make monthly payments.

I contacted this office to get a quote for 2 cars and house insurance after they gave me the quote 3 days later they called me and gave me a higher price for no reason and this is the worst insurance company i ever dealt with. this place does not deserve a single star.After that they they did fraud charge on my credit card for no service and even Idon'thave policy without my otherization so that's worst business ever
