Ashley Clemins from the Doug McCan office is amazing! Her assistance was swift and easy. The process literally took 4 minutes!
I had an issue keeping up with the date and access to make my payments due to a new phone and being locked out of my iCloud (phone won’t recognize my passwords etc) so I called like we used to do in the old days and Ashley told me my policy got cancelled yesterday! She assured me it’s okay and kept my spirits high so I did not panic , accepted my payment , and brightened my day with her energy. Bubbly positive and helpful people like Ashley definitely counteracts the day to day interactions we have with not so friendly agents in the community!
