Everyone here was friendly and when we had our appt, they didn't keep us waiting. They were fast at filling out our taxes and very reasonably priced. We will definitely use them again.

If I could leave no stars I would! This tax season was our first time using this place due to knowing people who have used them. We had Whitney Doshier help us with our tax return. Saying that I am unhappy is an understatement! We ended up having to pay in which is not a problem because we are not shy to having to pay in, but Whitney messed up our taxes horribly! She put in multiple numbers in wrong according to our break down letter from the state of Arkansas so instead of getting the return that she said we were because of the wrong input we are not getting a return and we owe $$. Then we pay money into another state where we lived and because of her mess up again we get another letter stating we owe more $$ because the numbers input into our tax return were wrong! What is the point of going to a professional tax accountant if they are going to mess up royally! We will never go back to her or this location! I would prefer they make this right since they charged us $200 just for us to have to pay MORE money for her mess up! Just horrible!
