I was a tenant of Denis for three years. I have nothing but good words to say about him and his team. He is beyond helpful and honest for anything I needed. My landlord lived in another state so Denis was my main line of communication. He has the nicest handy man that comes to your house to fix any of your needs. As a single girl I felt really comfortable having him over. I actually looked forward to seeing Denis and his handyman. I would recommend him to landlords and tenants. I rented from Denis (as realtor for LL), and he charged me for things that were not my fault and should have been considered wear & tear. It is not my fault, LL had Samsung kitchen appliances that would go bad. First within less than a month of me moving in the fridge stopped working. I advise Denis of this issue and had to wait for repair/replacement for over 7 months; meanwhile I was throwing away food that was going bad and I was not being reimbursed for all this food...in the middle of a recession when everything is so expensive. I sent video walk-thru when I moved into apartment showing all things that were wrong but no, he decides to go by some paper that has limited space to write everything...I did a full walk-thru on video but that doesn't count apparently.

So when you rent from this individual, I advise you make sure to document everything not only in writing but also with pictures, video, etc.
