We've been insured for homeowners and auto for many years with Erie Ins. through Donadio. The team at Donadio has always been responsive and helpful. Last month we had significant water damage in our den caused by a faulty cut off device in the AC air handler sitting in the attic. Donadio referred us to EcoClean for mitigation and restoration. Shiv, the owner, came out within hours of my calling him. We worked out a plan for rebuilding and replacing the ceiling which was an old house original plaster ceiling, and hardwood floor. His team worked hard for over a week and did a fine job.

The call did not last more than 5 minutes. The person I was working with did not give a name and spoke very unprofessionally. I had to carry the conversation, basically volunteering information for us to continue. I do not recommend anyone working with this office for insurance inquiries.

EXTREMELY UNPROFESSIONAL and horrible at simple administrative tasks. They left my wife's vehicle uncovered for over a year because they put a totally different car on the policy. Same make, but not the same model and VIN. They apologized and we gave them another shot.

Fast forward a few years and this brings us to January 2016. I needed a quote for a boat I was purchasing. Took multiple emails and over two weeks to get a simple quote. The only way I solicited a response from them was when I called Mr. Donadio directly to have my policy with them transferred to another Erie agent. Now, it's the same thing - over two weeks to get a response from them to transfer my policy over and AT LEAST three emails also making this request.

THIS OFFICE IS A JOKE!!!! Erie is a great insurance provider, but please do yourself a favor and take your business elsewhere.
