My name is Sherrie Farley, and I have been a client of Don White since 2018. I have always been very satisfied with the service they provide, and made to feel I matter as a customer. But recently I experienced a higher level of customer service from their representative, Laura. Laura is always willing to help with whatever need I have had, and she follows up to make sure I didn't need anything else. On 3/12/21, I lost my car key on a nature walk with my dog at a park in our community, Wolfe Run Park. I left the house with very little charge on my phone, but didn't think it would be an issue as I was only going for a walk and then to pick-up groceries, and then home. Once I realized my key was lost, and my phone was about to lose its charge, I called the agency to see if this qualified as a roadside assistance case. Laura informed it was, and graciously called roadside for me since I could not due to my phone charge. She then drove to my location so I could charge my phone, and stay with me until the service provider showed up. Laura was so thoughtful, and even came to my house to pick me up and take me back to my car once it was discovered my key was not in my purse and was at my house. If your company has a "Customer Service Representative of the Year" award, I'd like to nominate her. She's an asset to your company and we are all fortunate to know her. This is not the only time she has been this helpful with me, but it is the most recent. Please make sure she is acknowledged for her commitment and dedication to the customer, and your company image.

Don has been my agent for State Farm Insurance for quite some time. He has a great, courteous, and professional staff who always strive to help in any way possible to meet your insurance needs. This day and time, Customer Service goes a long way because it is seldom found. His staff goes above and beyond to help, and they truly care about your Protection! At any time, a disaster can turn your life upside down, but I know with my Policy's that I can rest easy that if and when me and my family would have a claim, I could take a deep breath and be confident that my decision to be a State Farm customer was a good choice.
