Worst customer service I have ever experienced, from the CEO down to the desk teller. All of the reviews about this place being rude are absolute fact. This behavior is condoned and approved by the CEO. I never received an apology or a happy greeting from anyone in this establishment. Literally through the drive through was greeted “ what are we doing here”. I’m really not sure why anyone does business here since they have no up to date banking methods very Stone Age and not convenient for customer at all.

I absolutely love my bank. The way they treat the customers is fantastic. Amanda is another level though! She goes out of her way to come and greet you when you walk in just from remembering your face. It’s great to have that feeling 😊

We have been a member of this credit union for over 27 years and they have taken exceptionally great care of us during this time. We continued banking with them long after we left Diebold as employees. Some of the staff members have remained the same during this whole time we've been members, so it is easy to feel connected to them - and they truly do care. They have worked with us thru the years during really difficult times. As a plus, no one has ever beat their car loan rates.

We have been customers for over 20 years. DNCFCU has been.has been there for us over the years. Very personable fast and efficient. Recently my husband lost his job. Working with Amanda made our lives a lot easier during this time.

Amanda here is fabulous! We were selling our home and the buyers had delayed the disbursement of our funds for 2 months. Unfortunately this created a ripple effect because in the contract we signed with them they stated they wanted us out at the time of sale. We moved 2 states away with the anticipation of having the funds on the scheduled day. However this wasn't the case. We were nearly 3 months behind on our car payment and this bank and the people here truly do care. In a very stressful situation she helped take the load off by ensuring us were all just people trying. The compassion and ability to make a bad situation less scary is unmatched. If you're looking for a bank that you know has your back in any given situation this is the one for you.

I have been a member for over thirty years. Lots of loans with them. I have transferred many of millions into that cu over that time. But you better have a secondary account elsewhere because they go down far too often. Love ‘em but sure not happy with them right now. Can’t access any of my money…

At first things were great. But after time, I couldn't recommend this credit union to anyone. The bank tellers there are just plain rude. If your not a millionaire or don't have large deposits. Find another bank chain or credit union.
