Had an old account with them but I had a hold put on it so I couldn’t order new debit card and when I called to see why all they could tell me is because I had requested to many cards and I was never made aware that there was a limit on cards I could request as a customer. So I closed that older account and opened a new one in hope of getting my card and i did but then recently had to request for a new due to mine being returned to my a stranger after I fell out of my pocket. I just found out that the hold from the previous account was transferred to the new one that I have now. I can’t get a new card due to it and I need my card. I was told to withdraw cash for my transaction instead by their customer service team. This hold on my ability to order new card is ridiculous because I paid for every one of those cards that were replaced. It seems they are happy to charge you to replace the cards but still want to prohibit you from getting a new one that your going to pay for

I have never been here when they have enough tellers to satisfy the demand of members looking to transact. i’d rather go to a branch further away than wait a half hour to deposit a check.

edit: to suzie branch manager I know I can use the atm or my phone. I needed one other transaction that I didn’t want to post publicly about. members don’t go here they obvs don’t care about proper staffing and thusly your time.

Waited 1 hour with the other 12 people + waiting to be seen, 1 person got called in the whole time we were there. Left without seeing anyone as could not wait any longer. Only needed to pick up a check.

It was my first loan ever and DCU made me feel comfortable getting a loan for a car, they even made the dealer go down on the price of they car.

We have been members of DCU since it first started. We have always liked them and everybody is friendly. Their services are good and their rates are very good. A great bank to deal with. We were able to get a special loan for a used car that we were not able to get that some other banks.

This bank is perfect if my standards were based in the 1990s. Their app is horrible, and they won’t let me set a custom pin for my (non-tap!) debit card. Their issues with modern tech extend into every aspect of this bank. For example, the faulty ATM is almost always down. I’ve probably spent hours of my life driving here just to be unable to get my cash. It’s absolutely horrible.
