Worst insurance company ever. I was hit by someone with this insurance company and two months has passed with still no sign of closure. The adjusters and supervisor’s lie and say things will be done by a certain time frame but you end up waiting weeks for something to be done. When the time comes and you’re hoping the insurance company will be there to guide you and make the process easier, just know it’s the opposite.

Been with 21st for years on autopay, out of the blue started receiving cancellation notices, had to pay different amounts for several months, called them several times only to wait 1.5 hrs to talk to someone, thought everything was cleared up and it happened again, another hour or so to reach someone it's horrible!! I've done this off and on for almost a year, never being told the actual problem from the beginning, this was more than frustrating, unbelievable...I definitely don't recommend 21st if this is how they treat their great customers, by the way I've never filed a claim...

21st member for years. Tried contacting customer service for questions to experience long wait time with no contact. Purchased by Farmers insurance, I made the switch to Farmers. I'm 10 months in the change and received my renewal notice. It includes an increase of over 800 dollars annually. Needless to say I will not renew with said company.

Can't give zero stars - complaint filed with BBB
Same as everyone else here. 21st Century Insurance will not answer the phones, will not assist you. The one human I got in 4 hours (you read that right) of waiting today, wanted my credit card number for some promotion. When I said no I just wanted to talk to a representative he told me that the reps were busy, he couldn't put me on hold and I have to just call back when they were less busy. Please don't purchase from 21st, any other company has to be better!

I can not say one thing positive about this company. The lights are on but nobody's home. They outsource their billings and payments. Therefore, the companies representatives are useless, ignorant, and will always be 48 hours behind real time account payables and receivables. This company deceived me, besmirched me, and wrote untruths about me and have crossed the line. Not only are they the "poster child" of what a bad insurance company looks like, I think they should be held accountable for what they've been doing.

Emergency service non-existant. Waited for tow service 2.5 hours in the rain, called back at 6:30pm and was told to wait 3 more hours. They are “sorry for the inconvenience!” Left vehicle in parking lot, praying it is still there this morning.

I have been with his company for over 15 years… Had added my son to the policy and then he went and got his own car and insurance policy so wanted him to be removed and they wouldn’t do it… this company has the rudest absolutely rudest customer service. I’m so shocked I had to go and get another policy. Thank you AAA for your outstanding customer service !!
