Sara was friendly, professional and well in informed of the different options available. When we were done reviewing the options, Sara emailed three quotes to me so I could discuss them with my daughter. The next day, I called Sara to let her know which option we selected. She finalized the new policy and emailed copies. She was very efficient throughout entire process and a pleasure to work with.
