Silly us, we didn't thing about the need to have coverage at closing for our new house. Called Nancy, she sweated the details after hours and gave us the options - not great but that's because the ins. comm. is forcing carriers out of the market. We got our coverage on time; Nancy rocks, Sent a quick note months later for insight on my daughter's car insurance - response nearly immediately, again not great options due to the ins. comm., but once again - Nancy rocks.
If every business ran like this we would all be ecstatic consumers.
