This is by far the worst financial institution I have ever dealt. The level of incompetence of their employees is amazing, as it doesn’t matter which branch you go to.
From my initial attempt to open my accounts (twice I was sent home for additional information that I was told by a different employee I didn’t need). Then, I tried to add another signor to my account and again was sent home twice for information (my friend even had to temporarily remove her credit freeze), only to finally find out they would not allow me to add her anyway.
Stay away from this credit union; I didn’t listen to a friend who warned me about Desert Finacial.
Don’t make the same mistake I did!!!!

I hate this bank, finally closed my account. ATM doesn’t always work. Either doesn’t accept deposits or can’t take money. Limited locations and most in a store. Doesn’t have Zelle and is so slow with posting transactions. So glad I closed my account

I've never had a problem with this banknor location. Convenient because I can do shoping as well as visit my bank. Never really busy.
