Never seemed to care about my personal tax returns. They send a packet/questionnaire regarding tax situation, and requested documents for filing, but I am the one that had to request a sit down/discussion. They did not understand my joint v separate filing questions and how it pertained to student loans or the consequences related to dependent care pre-tax deduction and Roth IRA contributions.

Ultimately my returns were not worth their time and I received a letter letting me know they cannot accept me as a client this year

Fortunately for me, I went back to TurboTax tax which has been 1000x more useful than my time with this firm.

Well, it is truly hard to explain why you 'love' an accounting firm, but the ladies at DeMarco & Associates are very knowledgeable regarding tax preparation. The entire staff is professional and friendly. Amanda answers all of my husband's question and she is very patient with his inquiries.
