Not a trust worthy financial partner for small business/individuals. Delta Effects filed our taxes this year, when I received letters about a late fee & interest I contacted DE to resolve it & they told me "We have already gone far and beyond our duty. I feel that you should call and rectify this issue with the IRS and resolve this mishap." After I contacted the IRS to resolve the issue, it came to light the error was on Delta Effects behalf.

If you want to waste your money and leave your business in the hands of people who don't care - this is the best place.

I had trusted them for over a year, spent tens of thousands of dollars and was disappointed MULTIPLE times.

They have no internal communication and they never know who is taking care of things for you.

I have asked for basic stuff such as P&L report multiple times and never received one even though I was paying for bookkeeping for a full year.

Don't even think about asking for accounting advice to save on taxes. The owner Anu will immediately shut you down arrogantly and let you know that she's not there to teach you and suggest that maybe you shouldn't be doing business.

When I called once to ask about a document her assistant picked up the phone and I heard her screaming in the background "Don't pickup it's the jerk calling" and the guy hung up on me and never picked up again. That was absolutely disgusting, unacceptable and uncalled for.

These were just a small part of all the disappointments I've had with Delta Effects.

And at the end when I made a problem and asked Anu if she can do things more professionally for us and not just take our money she immediately dropped us as a client in the middle of the year and canceled our payroll service which caused delayed paychecks and unhappy employees.

Overall the worst accountant I've had experience with and they dropping us as a client was the best that could happen. We've went with another accountant in Boulder and the difference is night and day....
