We came to Ken as Medicare newbies, confused by all the ads and noise on TV, internet, etc. Ken took the time to break it down, Medicare "supplement" policies vs. Medicare Advantage, and explained the pros and cons of each. Now we feel like seasoned Medicare users. Thanks Ken!

The worst place to get your insurance from. The worst customer service. Marilyn who works there cancelled my insurance without my permission and without a 30 day notice because I moved out of my parents house. My brother wasn’t even living with my parents and he was still able to stay on the policy. All they care about is scamming you. My policy increased by another $80 this policy and my agent did not even bother to inform me. Now they are taking their sweet time to cancel my policy.
Adding to this review since they want to leave out details:
I was NEVER present during the cancellation process and I know that for a fact because my dad had to drive all the way to Columbus to come pick me up from work because he informed me that she canceled my insurance due to me not living at home anymore. No one reached out to me. I found out through my parents showing up to my job due to it being canceled that day. When setting up for my own policy I asked Marilyn on the phone “were you even allowed to do this without my consent “ she said no. Let’s not leave out major details and lie about me being present when I was not.

This agency represents the insurance company which is Auto owners insurance in Lancing, MI. And the Auto owners insurance company is the worst insurance you can ever get. They take your money every year, but when you file claim, they deny your claim without hesitation. I first had a hail storm damage caused the leaking in my house, and the roofing company said that I had hail damage, so I filed the claim. They sent the adjuster and he said that was just the wear and tear, so I had to pay out of my own pocket to get the roof repaired. This year, I had storm damage that I didn't know until the neighbor got their roof replaced by the insurance company, so I had it checked by two different roof companies, and both said I had bad damages, so I filed the claim, and the adjuster Pat came and it took him over a week to get the report and said the damage was less than my deductible, so the insurance won't do anything, and I asked to have a different adjuster and they said there's no another adjuster. When I ask the agent, she said she talked to the manager from the insurance company and the manager said there's no storms in my area, and they just closed my claim. That was a lie! I had my friend, my neighbor, my patients a lot of people had their roof replaced this year because of the storm damage except Auto owners insurance denied my claim. I was stupid enough to stay with them for almost 18 years until I had problem and need the help and they turned my down. This is the company I'll stay as far as I can from now on. It was an expensive lesson. Be ware!

Delong Insurance Agency is the best agency I have dealt with. They are kind and the most honest people I know. It’s always a pleasure to stop in and pay, as I get to talk to everyone. If they can they will come out to greet me. They are a 5 stars rating for sure.

I have had a few insurance agents in my time, but this is by far the BEST to date. Adam is an honest and fair guy, something you rarely see in this day and age, especially when it comes to insurance.
