Having an account at Del-One has been amazing! I’m currently in the process of buying my first home and it has been very stressful, however Adrian and Chavonya have made everything I’ve needed from Del-One super simple and convenient! They really do go above and beyond to make you feel special! This level of service is rarely seen anymore and I would recommend Del-One to everyone who’s looking for a credit union in Delaware.

My experience in this del one today was very rude and ignorant. I have been banking with del one for 15 years now, and I have never been treated like I did today. At 11:03:59 AM I WAS at the west Dover branch to do a deposit and other transactions.I was racially profiled and disrespected and No it did not come from another race .. It was a petite African American lady at cashbox 236 at 11:59 AM on 2/20/2025 . That was very disrespectful by her non verbals and

I loved Del one Federal credit Union however, after my recent loan that I got back in early September. I have been extremely disappointed. I was offered at time of loan for them to process my tag work as something that they have recently started doing. Which I thought was fine because it saved me the extra headache of having to go to motor vehicle. Well that’s where I was wrong. It is been five months And I haven’t received anything or gotten any update other than it’s still being processed. I work at a dealership that it takes 2 to 3 weeks for us to get tags and at the longest eight weeks. I feel like I should be fully refunded the processing fee I was charged to do this due to the fact it is not been done in a timely manner grief. It is caused me to go to motor vehicle to get multiple temporary tags. so if you are reading this review do not waste your money and do the tag work yourself!

I can see why they are ranked at the stars they are ranked. I applied for a personal loan got instantly approved but loan officer K.C is the worst and because of her I just told them to forget it. She called me once throughout the entire process and rather email and text. Requested she call me twice regarding questions and comments I had and she never called. You call her and she never picks up! Emails and texts get responded to once a day and at the end of the day. How are you a loan officer but i have to ask you how much i was approved for? I called to complain and Heather didn't even let me get the entire story out before she rushed me off the phone. This is a major cooperation so I'm sure my complaint won't go anywhere but I would tred lightly trying to do business with this branch. I am not a rude or an irate person, most people who complain about customer service are the problem but in this case I wasn't. I will be certainly taking my money elsewhere!

Would give 0 stars if I could. I have been trying to contact Del-One by phone for days... Wait for over 20 minutes each time and then get a message experiencing issues and hang up. I am currently in a different state and can't use my ATM card. This is unacceptable service!! I will be closing my account as soon as I can.

This bank is the pits. I am definitely changing bank soon. I am threatening to withdraw all of my money and take it elsewhere. Over a year ago, NX stole my debit card. I reported it missing in person at the branch office right away. I also had them check transactions and found that the card had been used at a gas station I have never gone to, in the middle of the night, the night before. I filled out all the papers while I was there and they sent me a new card. They never got rid of the fraudulent charge. A year later when another fraudulent charge appeared on my statement, I called to tackle that and to inquire about the charge from the previous year. They claimed that it was too late to do anything about it and I was liable for it. Even though I reported it in person right away and was told that I did everything I could. This Bank is an enabler to fraud interception and they are liable for thiefery with my card. The FDIC and the FTC should shut them down for enabling thieves. I'm going to tell everybody I know not to do business with them, and that is a threat.

Also, they rejected me for a credit card three years ago even though my credit score met their standards. They are a garbage credit Union. I had been a good customer and they were not there to be good to me back. I deeply regret ever taking the old fashioned boomers advice that they were a good place to bank with.

My boyfriend is a customer. He applied for a loan. When Jennifer called him to make an appointment for him to come in to finalize the loan he was not himself because of some unrelated trauma that had occurred in his life. When we got to the bank we were told that Jennifer had called ahead and I noted that my boyfriend was treated with such compassion even though she was not aware of the situation. When we got to the bank I explained to Yenna and she treated us both with such respect and professionalism. Since I have been with him for 5 years I have been impressed with how he has been treated. Kudos to Del One for their customer service and making people feel it is not all about the money.
