Our taxes were not filed on time and we were never notified. After sending many emails and calling, we learned on 4/15 that they needed extra time to complete our taxes. We agreed to an extension because they said they would be completed within the week. Our taxes weren't filed until May 13th, and this was after I called and emailed repeatedly. In addition, Debbie never responded or called back despite my multiple requests to speak with her I was only able to speak to someone else but never her. They last straw was that she increased the fees, no justification, just a random $50 increase. We provided all of our information on time and provided extremely organized documentation and I just can't believe the level of disregard for a customer.

Debbie must be doing great with other clients, because she clearly didn't care for our business. You are relying on an expert to help you with something serious, so the lack of attention, communication, and care was beyond disappointing. She was great the first year we worked with her but not sure what changed. Based on this experience I would not recommend to anyone.

Google, please allow the ability to submit zero star reviews because this deserves it. EXTREMELY UNPROFESSIONAL. I reached out to them a few months ago about doing my taxes. I was informed it would take a month which was absolutely no problem for me. I submitted all my information to them and wrote a detailed email about what all the documentation meant. I asked if there was any questions, to please let me know. A month and a week go by and I reach back out to them inquiring about an update on the status of my taxes. I received an email with a 4-5 page questionnaire to fill out to help them prepare my taxes that they would like completed so they could start working on them. Of course I asked about why this wasn't sent to me a month ago. The boss' response was she couldn't remember what timeline she gave me for the work and they didn't understand the documents I sent them. There were ZERO emails from them during that entire month asking about what my documents meant. They just chose not to inquire or even work on anything UNTIL I reached out to them AFTER the timeline THEY gave me came and went. If you didn't understand my documents, ask. All my contact information was readily available. If you didn't have time to do the work, say that. Those are the marks of true professionals and unfortunately that doesn't exist at this business

Debbie is super knowledgeable about foreign income issues and helped me file my taxes on several occasions as an American abroad. She is also very responsive when I have small questions. Highly recommend if you have to navigate complicated tax situations

I am sure she is great, but her contact center or front office staff was not. I called to setup an appointment, but chose not to because of the person sounding annoyed about be asking questions. I chose to go elsewhere due to the underlying tone I received.
