Debbie is amazing! She is very intelligent, timely, efficient and really listens to her clients needs & ideas. I’ve been going to her for almost 20 years now and have never considered going to anyone else. Her pricing is great for the service she offers. I’ve referred friends to her that have become long term clients as well and she has referred me to other professionals that I was in search for. MY OPINON, MY DISCLAIMER: In the beginning, I had a good conversation with Debbie Allen and they were considering taking me on as as a client. The conversation was before a weekend. After the weekend was over. Following Monday, I got a call from her explaining that they didn't want to take my business on as they were " not taking on any new clients." Seriously? I felt discriminated against.That was her explanation. Then, as I post this. I got a call from their office today (obviously not remembering they decided not to service me)
not remembering they called as if they were reaching out to a new client? I returned the call, not knowing who it was. I question Debbie Allen about discriminating against my business not take me on? because I questioned her...she called me a "hot head". I've been in business 20 years. And I have a right to question a service as to why they weren't going to service my business? Especially when I felt returning their call that they were reaching out to new clients? Was it an accidental call? To anybody reading this review you will decide to do business with them or not, ...(but they are not taking on new clients right?)..that'll be initially up to you but for the simple fact of the lack of disrespect for the fact that they offer a service to people that have been in business longer than they have... and to talk down to them, shows that they are not professional anybody questioning a business owner in that fashion is completely disrespectful. Let's review some ETHICS Debbie Allen..It's business to business relations...not I AM ABOVE YOU attitude! So I've then found somebody, new and I am thankful that I was able to see for myself. The lack of professionalism of this business just enquiring about service... We'll see if they take on new clients in the future. That'll be interesting ....

Debbie has been preparing my taxes for a few years now and I've always been very happy with her service and professionalism. I'm a forgetful mess most years and she has been kind supportive and direct with me, as well as very accommodating. I'm very happy with her services and I'll be returning next year as well.

The worst, most UNPROFESSIONAL “professional” I have ever encountered. Debbie is extremely rude and not to mention over priced. Don’t bother calling her with questions, she does not care to listen and will actually become insulted that you are calling her questioning anything she’s done. It’s always the IRS’ fault and ”sit tight and wait for them” because she works harder than they do and she’s “done her part”. Please save yourself from a horrific experience. You are better off at H&R Block!

Debbie is amazing, has excellent customer service, and is very professional. I have been doing my taxes through her for years now. We strayed the year before last to go through a closer accountant. Huge mistake! We paid almost double and we got audited for our state return. The accounting firm would not help us. Even though we didn't go through Debbie she helped us and didn't even charge us.

Rude is right. On referral, I met in person with Debbie to discuss a 1031 exchange and she actually suggested I pay taxes instead of do the exchange...seemed to be dubious advice to get from a person that is supposed to help you pay as little taxes as possible, but I proceeded with the deal still thinking she was willing and able to prepare taxes for me in the year the exchange is taking place (2018). I called back to ask a simple question on how to properly structure the deal and she was completely unwilling to discuss anything apparently because I used turbotax for 2017. 2017 taxes had literally nothing to do with the question I was asking, she was just offended I didn't use her service for a routine return. I never promised she was going to get all my tax prep work, in fact I was very up-front about the fact I like to do my own and only wanted her help for this specific and complicated situation. Instead of assistance, I got "...too busy with other clients" and hung up on. Look elsewhere if you want help.

Highly recommended and underpriced. She moves extremely quickly and wastes none of your time or hers, but somehow doesn't miss a single detail. There's a reason why all of the best businesses in town use her, but she also does individual taxes.
