Customer service the way is was meant to be! Fueled by extensive expertise and experience with the 'big box' insurance companies, Rachel has created a boutique agency that provides all of the care and customization that is missing from most groups. While she is skilled at the transactional processes that put coverage in place, she excels at the relationship details that create the piece of mind that one expects of an insurance agent. Dean Insurance Group was recommended to me by family in the area after I moved her six months ago. I first met with Rachel Dean-Haas (Owner) and I instantly felt I was in great hands to discuss all my insurance needs. Rachel was very helpful and accommodating to make for a seamless out of state insurance transition. Bre, has continued the same kindness assisting me whenever I have a question, or with the recent extra task of dealing with my out of state DMV. Once again seamless and assisted so quickly.

How would you like a one stop shop for all your different policies?
At least that's how it feels working with Dean. They roll out all the options and let you know not only prices but how different insurance companies work when trying to decide between them. They also explain if there's ever anything that seems weird in any policies and definitely help you bundle a bunch of stuff together. Everyone does this, sure, but the folks at Dean just do it with more empathy and care.
