Kenneth Smith (Ken) was fantastic—professional, attentive, and truly went the extra mile to help me. As I had an excellent experience at David Roberts agent of st far.Unfortunately, (the main insurance company) which I don’t recommend, policies make things harder than they should be, but if you have to deal with this office, I highly recommend working with Ken . He made the experience much better despite the challenges.Thank you Ken.
