In light of the recent catastrophe that has impacted many California residents, I called this morning to follow up with my homeowner’s insurance policy and I spoke with Christa. She was absolutely amazing!! Christa was professional, a wealth of knowledge, and most of all she had a tremendous amount of patience with me. I asked her a lot of questions about my policy to gain a full understanding of what my policy includes and to make sure I have the coverage that I need. Christa answered all of my questions and made me feel comfortable with the information she provided. She even took the time to explain things that I clearly did not understand causing a reduction of my anxiety level! Christa made me feel like she genuinely cared. Needless to say, my encounter with Christa was impeccable and I am delighted that she was the agent who answered my call!

Just had to cancel my insurance with State Farm after being with them since 2022. I have clean record, no accident or tickets, yet my rate was never set. I would renew but randomly my rate would go up by like 40 dollars. I had full coverage at $223 in 2022, over time it began to raise in price. I’ve been stuck paying 298, but now they want me to pay $345 for barely a coverage change. I’ve been a loyal customer who has always paid on time, but they don’t care about that. Just got GEICO and I actually have better coverage with some bonuses for EVEN CHEAPER. A grand total of $277 for amazing coverage. I definitely recommend leaving greedy state farm for GEICO! Don’t waste your time or money for basic coverage.
