We had to show them what tax forms to use. Stay away from this group, one day you owe this much, the next day it's something else. This group is terrible. I would not recommend them to anyone.

Can't say enough good things about this business. We received our tax prep documents with plenty of time to prepare and make sure we weren't forgetting anything. Our taxes were prepared in a very timely manner. The front office staff is incredibly helpful and the whole process was smooth. We have been using The Flanders Group since they opened and have referred many of our friends to them as well!

They filed my taxes incorrectly. It took MONTHS to get everything sorted out. When I first contacted them about my taxes being filed incorrectly, they told me to "just do what the IRS tells you." I'm still waiting to hear from the IRS about how much I'm going to owe them.
