I just have to give a shout out to Wendy. She is the reason we continue to business with Daprille insurance. We have both homeowners and auto policies with Nationwide. There was an issue w my check being located/cashed by nationwide headquarters and our policy lapsed. I was told by another agent we had to find new insurance. Always helpful. I've never had any major problems. Roadside assistance is awesome. They were a bit disinterested when I called after my wife's fender bender (other driver's fault) but they helped me out in the end and everything was resolved with the other insurance company..

Life insurance approval was a protracted process, so I decided to skip that. I have cars and house insured with them and I'll stick with them indefinitely.

The most important thing to me is price and niceness. These might not be the most appropriate metrics to rate an insurance company by, but they're 5/5 on both. Affordable and nice.
