Have had insurance through Daniel for a few years now and have never had any issues, and have always been treated great...and it's the best price I could find!!!! I wouldn't even think of shopping around for different insurance! And I've had them assist with claims and they did everything they could to help me resolve the issues!

What can’t be said about this insurance agency. Spent 1 year with Allstate and couldn’t get away quick enough. Between Diane blowing my phone up (I would call to check my coverages because I was shopping around, she wouldn’t answer and would call back 2-3 times in a short window of me not being able to respond) to finally cancelling my policy (mind you I had direct deposit set up) and been billed for the remaining $53 on my account and given less than 3 weeks to pay it back before they sent me to collections. (I was gone for 2 of those weeks with no access to mail). Complete joke of a business considering I paid them on time every month without issue. Happy to walk away with no damage done to my credit. Try Erie or State Farm and save yourself a headache

could not get past the argumentive secretary, first she had to argue that i said it was a mobile home, the type in the park, oh, your wrong, a mobile home has a motor in it and is driven. lets look it up? (ps she wasted much longer time on this single issue)
Definition of mobile home
: a dwelling structure built on a steel chassis and fitted with wheels that is intended to be hauled to a usually permanent site. After this she asked about my auto insurance, would not get off if it, turned to personal insults when i said , "i have said 3 times i am not interested in any vehicle insurance can we just focus on the home".. she kept arguing i hung up. she chased a paying customer away.

First and foremost they keep deleting my reviews, that should be a red flag to everyone, no matter, I'll keep leaving them, do not come here, do not get auto insurance through here, you will not be in good hands, you would be better off being the at fault party in an accident, they will do the bare minimum and leave you up the creek without a paddle.

DO NOT COME HERE, THEY WILL NOT FIGHT FOR YOU, THEY WILL NOT PAY YOU, THEY WILL NOT HELP YOU IF YOU ARE IN AN ACCIDENT AND NOT AT FAULT! THEY WILL DO THE BARE MINIMUM, BEWARE, 0/10 DO NOT RECCOMEND THERES A REASON WHY YOU PAY GOOD RATES...... BECAUSE WHEN YOU NEED THEM TO HELP GOOD LUCK.
